Pickled pepper and lotus root chicken wings
Overview
The homemade pickled peppers go well with the chicken. It not only enhances the flavor, but also relieves the fishy smell of the chicken. I add lotus root and pepper and some vegetables. The combination of meat and vegetables is similar to a delicious meal in a dry pot.

Peel the lotus root, slice it and soak it in water. Wash the pepper and celery and cut into sections. Wash and cut the chicken wings into sections, add cooking wine, salt and 10 grams of braised soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 2 hours

Prepare garlic, ginger slices and pickled peppers
