Mango Oreo Layer Cake

My niece is going back to Canada to study in a week. Yesterday she said she wanted to eat layer cake. Although the weather was still 37 degrees, she had to do it in the kitchen next to the gas stove! But this small requirement still needs to be met! Get up early and start getting busy!
