Pu'er tea braised pork with potatoes

  1. Cut the pork belly into pieces and soak in cold water for 1 hour

  2. Prepare appropriate amount of spices, aniseed, bay leaves, peppercorns, cinnamon and fennel

  3. Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic

  4. Prepare a basin of brewed Pu'er tea

  5. Put base oil in the pot

  6. Add onions, ginger, garlic and spices and saute until fragrant

  7. Add pork belly and stir-fry with light soy sauce

  8. Add dark soy sauce

  9. Add a little more vinegar

  10. After proper stir-frying, add the Pu'er tea soup (be careful not to pour the tea leaves into it)

  11. Add a few grains of rock sugar

  12. After the fire comes to a boil, cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour. Add the potatoes 15 minutes before serving and cook the potatoes

  13. Collect the water and remove from the pot (if you like to eat broth inside, collect it for a while)
