Egg dumplings
Overview
A local delicacy is egg dumplings. Usually more are made during the Chinese New Year, and they are also available in food markets. I also made some this time and my daughter liked it very much. When making egg dumplings, you can use a large spoon and operate it on a gas stove. You can also use an omelette mold on a pan, I used a heart-shaped omelette mold. You need to use a knife to remove the edges during operation, as the edges of the omelette are a bit sticky. The process requires low fire. 100 grams of minced pork, 5 eggs, appropriate amount of ginger and green onion, 8 grams of starch, 50ML of water, 15ML of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of refined salt, and appropriate amount of cooking oil.
