Overview
It’s been a long time since I’ve been back to my parents’ house. I miss my dad’s soft fried shrimps. They have a soft yet slightly crispy texture and are paired with tomato sauce. It’s great!

Wash the white shrimps, peel and devein them, marinate them with white pepper for ten minutes to remove the fishy smell!

Add starch, eggs, yeast, salt, and sugar into the flour to make a batter!

Make the batter and mix it evenly to avoid lumps.

Place the shrimps in the batter, wrap them evenly in the batter, and fry them in the oil pan.

Fry in oil over medium heat. As the shrimps mature easily, fry until the batter on the surface turns golden brown.

Fried shrimps and placed on oil-absorbing paper can effectively reduce the body's intake of fat. Pair with tomato sauce and enjoy!
