Cut tofu into cubes and scallions into sections, set aside.

Heat oil in a pot, add scallions and stir-fry. When fragrant and slightly changes color, add minced meat and stir-fry. After minced meat changes color, add soybean paste and continue stir-frying.

Add boiling water, enough water to cover the tofu, add a little salt, a little sugar, a little pepper, a star anise, finally add the tofu, cover and simmer for ten minutes.

Sprinkle coriander and serve.
