Wash and drain fresh spinach

Use a blender to mash the spinach into a shape (you can also chop it with a knife)

Add alkaline noodles to the dish and mix well, then add flour

Mix evenly as shown in the picture (this must be mastered, not too hard or too soft)

Put the steamed buns into the grate and smooth them into the pot (not too thick)

Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes and it’s ready to serve
