Clam and golden cauliflower
Overview
Combining mussel meat with the seasonal vegetable golden cauliflower, both the raw materials and the colors are very spring-like. It is our local seasonal dish!

The boss will help cut open the mussels on the market and remove the debris

Knock the edge of the mussel a few times with the back of a knife until it is cooked, then use salt to wash off the mucus on the outside

Marinate the washed mussels with cooking wine, salt, ginger juice, green onions, garlic slices and ginger slices for 30 minutes
