Prepare the ingredients for the noodles

Cook the noodles in a wok, pour oil into the wok and add green onions

Drain the cooked noodles into cold water and set aside. Stir-fry the scallions until they turn black. When you can smell the fragrant scallion oil, add the ham and sausage shreds to the wok and stir-fry.
