Add 180g flour, add 2g salt, add appropriate amount of water and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for an hour and knead the dough a few more times during the process, so that the noodles will be stronger!

After cutting the noodles into 6 cm wide, shake them and place them on the chopping board for later use!

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and cook, then put it in cold water for a while and then drain and set aside!

Slice onions, carrots, tear cabbage into small pieces, and cut small greens into cubes (I forgot to take a photo of this!) mince ginger, dice garlic, and take an appropriate amount of dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns for later use.

Add a little oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add dried chili peppers, peppercorns, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Saute until fragrant. Add onions and stir-fry until white. Add carrots and cabbage. Finally, add green vegetables, add salt, and stir-fry chicken essence for a few times. Put the vegetables on the surface! Mix well
