-
Kneading noodles. Add water little by little, once and a few times. The yeast will dissolve in warm water according to the instructions, and add it several times. Knead the dough until it is smooth, that is, your hands are smooth, the surface of the dough is smooth, and the basin is smooth. Wake up.
-
Handle acacia flowers. Wash the acacia flowers and run them through boiling water. Just put it in once, then fish it out and put it in cold water. It will be emerald green and the color is very beautiful
-
Mix the meat filling. Onion, ginger, eggs, chicken essence, salt, I also added some oyster sauce, just to remove the fishy smell of the meat. Don’t make it too strong, otherwise it will cover the freshness of the acacia flowers.
-
Stir the processed acacia flowers and meat filling together, wait until the dough has risen and you can wrap it
-
After the noodles wake up, you can cut the ingredients and wrap them. My noodles are relatively soft and I'm lazy, so I just pinch them a little, squeeze and press them to wrap them up.
-
After wrapping it, insert two Sophora japonica flowers into the middle holes. It’s just beautiful. You can skip this step.
-
Steam in a pot. Boil the water and steam for twenty minutes. Turn off the heat and do not lift the lid and simmer for five minutes, otherwise the buns will collapse and look unsightly.
-
It’s done, eat it, don’t burn it.
