Prepare ingredients.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Melt butter over water.

Pour the milk into a basin and add yeast powder. Stir evenly and let it sit for ten minutes.

Add 15 grams of fine sugar and stir evenly. Then add egg yolks and salt and stir evenly.

Add butter and mix well.

Sift in cake flour.

Stir thoroughly and set aside for twenty minutes.

Add lemon juice to the egg whites and beat with an electric beater.

Add half of the egg whites to the batter and mix evenly from bottom to top.

Add the remaining egg whites to the batter, mix well and set aside.

Turn off the heat of the electric baking pan and start preheating.

After preheating is complete, scoop a ladle of batter into the electric baking pan.

Fry for about a minute, then flip over and continue frying until golden brown. Remove from pan and serve on a plate. Feel free to mix with your favorite fruits and sauces, sprinkle a little powdered sugar and you're ready to go.
