My lunch is mainly light, for no other reason than to lose weight and cleanse my intestines. Hehe, that’s nice to say, but I still eat up all the food every time and forget about losing weight.

Prepare cucumbers and Xinmei radish.

The beauty in my heart is cut into shreds.

Also cut the cucumber into shreds.

Mix rice vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, and a little sugar into a bowl of juice.
