Peach cake, a delicious traditional Chinese snack, is not difficult to make at home. It is safe, healthy and tastes no worse than the bought ones! Because the ones I made are small, they are called mini peach cakes——

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 or 6 minutes, and bake half (75g) of low-gluten flour for 10 minutes;

Take out the baked flour, let cool and set aside;

Mix cooked flour, raw flour, powdered sugar, baking soda and baking powder and sift;

Add salt, corn oil and whole egg liquid;

Knead into a uniform dough;

Divide the dough into 12 equal portions, roll into balls and place directly on the baking sheet;

Gently press it into a flat concave shape with your hands;

Brush a thin layer of egg wash;

You can also press in half a walnut kernel. If you don’t like it, you can leave it out. You can also sprinkle sesame seeds or almond slices on it, whichever you like;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lower the heat to 160 degrees. Preheat for 5 or 6 minutes, put it in the baking pan, bake for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then take it out. (If you don’t have upper and lower heat, use 170 degrees)
