  10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lower the heat to 160 degrees. Preheat for 5 or 6 minutes, put it in the baking pan, bake for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then take it out. (If you don’t have upper and lower heat, use 170 degrees)
