Toona buds mixed with dried fragrant seeds
Overview
There are many ways to eat toon, the most common ones are toon scrambled eggs, toon fish and mixed toon. Today I mixed toon sprouts with five-spice dried tofu and chopped peanuts. Because the dried toon itself has a salty taste, and we came here for the toon, the seasoning of this dish is relatively light. The Chinese toon has a pleasant aroma, the dried fragrant seeds are chewy and chewy, and the crushed peanuts are crispy. This seemingly simple side dish is rich in flavor and can make people reminisce about the whole spring.
