Warm and more delicious - secret stewed dried tofu
Overview
The weather is getting colder, and hot pot is on the table again. This stewed dried tofu was made by my baby who liked it in the restaurant. I improved it a little and added the newly released winter bamboo shoots. It immediately became much more delicious. The method is simple, the ingredients are easy to obtain, and it is very affordable to eat at home. I recommend it to everyone!
