Jellyfish mixed with onions

Magical live jellyfish, a full pot, not much left after processing. Combining jellyfish with onions and adding your own cold sauce is a very good delicacy.

1. 1 Wash the jellyfish.

   

2. 2 Wash the onions.

   

3. 3 Cut onions into shreds.

   

4. 4 Blanch the onions in the pot and drain.

   

5. 5 Blanch the jellyfish in a pot, remove and drain.

   

6. 6 Drain the jellyfish with a knife.

   

7. 7 Add salt and pepper to the bowl.

   

8. 8 Add sugar.

   

9. 9 Add aromatic sweet vinegar.

   

10. 10 Add sesame oil to make a cold sauce.

    

11. 11 Put the onions and jellyfish into the container.

    

12. 12 Add the cold salad juice and stir evenly.

    

13. 13 Plate and enjoy.
