  8. Add chopped green onion, garlic cloves and ginger slices, and as much salad oil as used for stir-frying, mix well, put it into the pressure cooker, cover it, seal the release valve, and press for forty minutes.

  10. The beef and tendons are soft and delicious, and the glutinous mashed potatoes are dipped in it. It goes very well with rice. There is no excess soup in the pot. The water from the soy sauce, meat and vegetables is enough to generate steam, so don't add any more water.
