Cabbage meat rolls with sauce
Overview
This is a dish I made before and I just put it together now. One big cabbage, I made "Fish-flavored cabbage", "Cabbage Rolls - Delicious Steamed Healthy", "Five Blessings - Cabbage Dumplings", plus today's "Cabbage and Meat Rolls with Sauce", a total of four dishes, O(∩_∩)O haha~

Wash the cabbage leaves, pour water into the pot, add some salt and oil to boil, blanch the cabbage leaves, quickly pour them into cold water, drain the water, and set aside; wash the carrots and cucumbers, and grate them into thin strips with a plane; soak the mushrooms in advance, wash them, and cut them into long strips; cut the pork into shreds, marinate with salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce for a while.

When the oil is hot, put the marinated shredded pork into the pan and stir-fry until it changes color. Then put the shredded carrots and mushroom strips into the pan and stir-fry until raw. Add the cucumber shreds and stir-fry for a few times. Add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken essence, and remove from the pan.

Lay the cabbage leaves flat, use chopsticks or wear disposable gloves, place carrot shreds, cucumber shreds, and mushroom strips on the cabbage leaves, and roll them up from the end closest to the cabbage.

Roll it up to cover the first filling, add the second filling, then wrap it tightly with the seal facing down and place it on a plate.

After everything is rolled, garnish with shredded carrots. In the pot, boil light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and water starch into a sauce, then pour it onto the cabbage rolls.
