Braised eggplant strips

Eggplant is a very common vegetable. Use very simple ones. The method is to pair it with pork belly, which is delicious and beautiful.

Cook the skin-on pork belly and cut into long pieces.

Chop onions, ginger, garlic, and red peppers.

Cut the eggplant into cubes and set aside.

Fry the red pepper until the skin looks like tiger skin.
