Overview
Silver carp can be divided into white silver carp and silver carp. This kind of silver carp is called white silver carp in the Northeast. It usually costs about 3 yuan per catty in farmers' markets. It is a very cheap freshwater fish. White silver carp has more bones and the meat is not elastic, but it still tastes delicious.

Make two cuts on the back of the silver carp, heat oil in a pan, add scallions and saute until fragrant. Add the silver carp. Turn on the heat and add vinegar and cooking wine successively.
