Pork ribs and stewed radish
Overview
As the saying goes, eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. Stewing radish is also a good choice if you have nothing to do.

Prepare radish and pork ribs

Clean the ribs and cut the radishes into the size you like.

Add oil to the wok, add onion, pepper, aniseed and bay leaves and saute until fragrant

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry until the pork ribs are slightly golden and the moisture is dry

Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes

Add the radish and simmer for 40 minutes,

After an hour, the ribs and radishes have been stewed. Use chopsticks to insert the radish easily and it is ready to serve
