Remove the roots of the moss and clean them.

After controlling the water, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with a little salt, mix well, and let stand for two minutes.

Pinch off some of the water.

Sift an appropriate amount of flour on the surface and mix well. You don’t need too much flour, just take a little and try to form a ball.

Form into vegetable dumplings one by one.

Steam in boiling water for ten minutes and then turn off the heat.

Remove to serving platter.

Prepare the dipping sauce: Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot (I accidentally poured too much, and only used part of it in the end), add the peppercorns and stir-fry over low heat until the aroma is released.

Pour it onto the minced garlic and cooked sesame seeds in the bowl. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil according to your own taste and mix thoroughly.
