  1. Put the tartary buckwheat glutinous rice into the bowl together with the mustard sauce.

  2. Set aside cucumber and green onions.

  3. Cut the cucumber into shreds.

  4. Add shredded cucumber and chopped green onion.

  5. Add chili powder and minced garlic, pour in hot oil, add salt, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.

  6. Stir well and enjoy.
