Wash the mushrooms and soak them in warm water.

Wash the chicken legs with clean water.

Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of cornstarch and condiments.

Mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Cut the corn into grains, cut the carrots into small cubes, shred the mushrooms, and cut the green onions into fine cubes.

Heat oil in the pot, add diced chicken and start frying.

Fry until the surface is slightly brown, drain the oil and take it out temporarily.

Add a little oil to the bottom of the pan and fry the mushrooms for a few times.

Add corn kernels and diced carrots and stir-fry together.
