In the pastry world, high quality and low price are not directly proportional. Only good raw materials can make delicious food. Although cheese mousse is more expensive, its texture and taste are not comparable to ordinary cream mousse.

Wash the strawberries, drain the water, remove the stems and cut into small pieces.

Place in a food processor and blend into strawberry puree, filtering out strawberry seeds. At the same time, stir the gelatine powder with ice water evenly and melt it in hot water, set aside.

Mix cream cheese with milk and regular caster sugar over hot water until smooth.

Add the light cream to the caster sugar and beat until 5 or 6 times distributed. Stir evenly with the cream cheese batter.

Then add the strawberry puree and mix well. Finally, slowly add the gelatin liquid and mix well.

Before Zhou Zong mousse, make the mousse cake base and put it in the refrigerator for more than half an hour and set aside.

Pour the normal cheese mousse paste into the mousse cake base, and add an appropriate amount of strawberry diced (outside of the recipe).

Continue to pour in the remaining general cheese mousse paste, carefully place it in the refrigerator for two to three hours, unmold and decorate.
