Have all the materials ready.

Preheat the oil in the pan and turn the heat to low.

Add the minced garlic and stir-fry.

Add the dried shrimps and stir-fry.

Add the tempeh and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the pumpkin and turn to medium heat.

Stir fry until slightly fragrant.

Add the luxury oil.

Add water, cover the pot, turn to high heat and let it simmer.

After a few minutes, open the lid and stir-fry. When the soup is almost done, add the dark soy sauce and stir-fry to test the taste. If it is salty enough, there is no need to add salt.
