Stir-fried fresh mushrooms with cumin
Overview
I didn’t know what to eat at night, so I had a heated discussion with my niece. She suddenly mentioned that the fried fresh mushroom rolls were delicious and she planned to make them for dinner tonight. When I thought about it, it was not bad, but it was too greasy. So I improved it and made a cumin-fried fresh mushroom. It is simple and convenient, tastes good, is low in fat, fragrant and has endless aftertaste!

Pick and wash the fresh mushrooms, tear them into small pieces, blanch them in water and let them cool, then squeeze out the excess water

Shred the green onion, wash and cut the coriander into sections
