Tofu meatball soup
Overview
I didn’t finish the sweet and sour meatballs I made, so I used the remaining sweet and sour meatballs to make soup.

Soak the scallops in water in advance, cut the tofu into cubes, and slice the onions and ginger.

Heat oil in a soup pot, add scallops, onion and ginger slices.

Add light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry.

Add the tofu and bring half the pot of water to a boil.

Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, add the meatballs when the tofu is honeycombed.

Continue to cook for 5 minutes, because the sweet and sour meatballs are used, and they will have the color of sweet and sour sauce when placed in the soup pot.
