Meal for one ~ Fried noodles
Overview
Meal for one person~ If you are alone at home with a baby, you can take care of lunch by yourself. I am from the south but I like to eat pasta. I would like to eat fried noodles for lunch. Pair it with your favorite side dishes. It is simple and delicious.

Cut carrots and cucumbers into shreds (please ignore my knife skills). Cut lean meat into small pieces, marinate with oil and salt and set aside.

Boil the noodles for two minutes and drain the water.

Put a little oil in the pot, put the lean meat into low heat and stir-fry for a while.

Add carrots and continue frying.

Add some boiling water and add cucumber.

Add a little beef sauce and tomato sauce according to personal taste. In the picture, the sauce has been mixed. The beef sauce is a bit spicy, but very fragrant.

Add noodles and green onion.

Finally, add some soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry twice over low heat. The noodles will stick to the pan easily.

Turn off the heat, cover and wait for a while.
