A piece of beef tendon

Wash the beef, cut it into three large pieces, put it in a pot and boil it in water

Wash the marinade and put it into the pot

Put the beef and water in

Add brown sugar, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Pressure cooker with selected beef, 25 minutes

Put the cooked beef into the earthen pot and cook for another 20 minutes. (I soaked it in the earthen pot overnight, then picked it up and put it in the refrigerator the next day)

Put the cooled beef into the cold room to cool down. When you want to eat it, you can take it out and slice it for cold dressing
