Lose your eyebrows.

Slice mushrooms.

Add the vegetable oil to the pork belly and stir-fry over medium heat.

The pork belly is golden brown and dark soy sauce is added to the color.

Add garlic.

Add mushroom slices and stir-fry over high heat.

Fry until the mushrooms become soft and watery.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer over high heat for 3-5 minutes.

Remove the juice over high heat.

Add red pepper, salt, and light soy sauce to taste.
