First prepare the dumpling fillings, slice and cook the radish, and soak in cold water for more than 1 hour.

Chop the soaked radish.

Squeeze excess water from radish.

It’s best to buy pork in whole pieces, cut it freshly at home, and add an appropriate amount of onion and ginger.

Add salt, dark soy sauce, thirteen spices and cooking oil to the meat and radish, mix well, and the dumpling filling is ready.

Roll the mixed dough into long strips and cut into small pieces.
