Without removing the stems, soak the okra in light salt water or rice water for a while (it will take about 10 minutes to clean it.)

After soaking, rinse the okra twice with clean water, remove the stems and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, add okra and cook for 2-3 minutes, remove and set aside.

Place okra on a plate and sprinkle with minced garlic. Leave a little water for cooking okra in the pot, add salt, chicken essence, sugar and light soy sauce, melt and pour into the plate with okra. Wash the pot and heat it up, add a little salad oil and sesame oil in a ratio of 2:1. Heat the oil until it is 10 layers hot and pour it over the minced garlic.
