Overview
Clam: One of my favorite ingredients. The meat is delicious, low in fat, and very tender. After eating clam meat and shellfish, you often feel a refreshing and pleasant feeling, which is undoubtedly beneficial to relieve some troublesome symptoms.

Wash the clams and soak them in a little salt to make the clams spit out the sand

Heat oil in a pot, add garlic, chili, and shredded ginger over high heat until fragrant, add washed clams

Stir-fry for a while until all the clams open, add salt and stir-fry evenly
