Generally, water-proof electric stew pots have two small inner pots and one large inner pot, and a small one can be used for a bowl of rice. Prepare the soup first, remove the pits from the red dates, and blanch the lean pork in water to remove the bloody smell. Put all the ingredients into an inner pot and add water.

Wash the rice, put it into another pot, and pour in water.

Place both inner pots into the electric stew pot.

Pour in hot water no higher than the maximum water level.

Select the rice function, the default is two hours. It doesn't actually take that long and you can turn off the power in advance.

Soak the mushrooms in advance and cut them into shreds. Add oil, salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch and shredded ginger to season the ribs.

The rice is steamed for an hour and then topped with shredded mushrooms.

Then add the pork ribs so that the shredded shredded mushrooms underneath can absorb the flavor of the pork ribs.

Continue steaming for about 40-50 minutes, and finally add a little salt to adjust the soup flavor.
