Overview
I usually use chicken to make Kung Pao Chicken. Today I changed it to diced pork, but I didn’t expect it tastes good too! It’s a great meal!

Prepare a small bowl and pour half a bowl of water. Add two teaspoons of light soy sauce, half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce, one and a half teaspoons of sugar, one teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, and one-third of a teaspoon of chicken powder.
