Stewed fish head
Overview
In winter, stewed soup is often found on every dining table. Fish head stew is a good choice. It doesn’t cost much, nourishes the brain and warms the body. What a great soup!

Prepare materials, all dry products must be distributed in advance

Heat a pan, sauté the ginger slices until fragrant, fry the fish head and fish fat for a while, then turn off the heat

Take a stew bowl, put in the fish head and fish fat, then add the ingredients except the wolfberry, add warm water, just enough to cover the fish head

Seal the stew bowl with tin foil, pour hot water into the pot, and stew for about 1.5 hours
