  1. Cut tofu into small pieces

  2. Clean the crucian carp and score several times on both sides

  3. Rub some fine salt on the fish body, add some shredded ginger and marinate for 10 minutes

  4. Wash and chop the cabbage

  5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger slices until fragrant

  6. Put the crucian carp in and fry

  7. Once cooked, flip over and cook the other side

  8. Add appropriate amount of water to boil and then add tofu and cook together
