Sweet peas scrambled eggs
Overview
I'm hungry, so I forgot to defrost the meat today, so I just used the quick ingredients that don't need to be defrosted. Scrambled eggs are very convenient, but I also want to chop some vegetables. I happened to have some sweet beans, so I fried them with the eggs and added some onions. It's refreshing and fragrant.

Beat the eggs, add 1/3 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp pepper and 1 tbsp vegetable oil, beat evenly, shred the onion and cut the sweet beans diagonally into small pieces;

Add 1/3 teaspoon of refined salt to the sweet beans and onions, stir-fry until 5 mature, remove from the pan and set aside;

Turn on medium-high heat, heat the pot, add appropriate amount of oil, pour in the egg liquid, green beans and onions;

Quickly stir-fry until the eggs are just cooked and serve.
