Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for 12 hours.

Wash the red dates and cut them in half.

Place red dates, raisins, black wolfberries, and red wolfberries in a container.

Spread a layer of soaked glutinous rice.

Spread another layer of brown sugar.

Repeat this sequence twice to compact, then pour water about a little over the spread ingredients, put more water in the steamer, and steam in cold water for one hour.

When the time is up, take it out of the pan and let it cool down until it becomes soft, glutinous, sweet and especially delicious.
