Prepare ingredients.

Cut the mushrooms into strips, dice the sausages, and soak the dried shrimps in water for 10 minutes and remove.

Add the rice flour and pickled radish water and mix well.

Sauté the onions until they turn yellow.

Stir-fry the shrimp skin, mushrooms, and sausage for two minutes, then add the onion and radish and stir-fry for another two minutes.

Spread tin foil on top of the plate.

Pour the stirred rice flour into the fried ingredients.

Pour into paper-lined plate.

When the water in the pot boils, place it on the steaming rack and steam for about 1 hour.

Finally, put some chopped green onion on top and steam for 5 minutes.
