Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. (Please ignore the seaweed. I originally planned to add seaweed to stir-fry, but it became crispy in the microwave and my son ate it)

Cook carrots, corn kernels, and peas in a pot of boiling water.

Heat oil in a pan, add sausage and saute until fragrant.

Add carrots, corn kernels, and peas and stir-fry for a while.

Add the rice to the pan and stir-fry.

Then add some oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

As shown in the picture, after stir-frying, the color becomes more appetizing.
