Sweet and sour hairtail fish

I love eating sea fish, but I have never made hairtail by myself, so I will try it now~

Cut the hairtail, remove the head and tail, remove the fins, slice the ginger, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, half a spoonful of salt and marinate for 15 minutes

Dip the marinated hairtail segments with a little flour on both sides

Put in oil pan and fry until golden brown on both sides

Add 3 tbsp sugar, 4 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp 🍅 sauce and set aside

Mix thoroughly

Chop the pepper, garlic cloves and ginger slices into the oil pan and saute until fragrant, then add the fried hairtail segments

Bring the fish segments in

Pour in the prepared sauce, turn over after 5 minutes, simmer for 3 minutes and serve

Add the scallions and you’re done
