Prepare ingredients.

Wash and slice the lean pork and marinate with salt, sugar, steamed fish soy sauce, cooking wine, peanut oil, and cornstarch.

The dried bamboo fungus should be soaked in water and washed several times, and the stem at the root should be cut off.

Blanch the washed bamboo fungus in boiling water and scoop it out for later use.

Fry the eggs until both sides are solidified. You don’t need to fry them for too long.

Bring water to boil.

Add ginger slices, bamboo fungus, and eggs in order and boil, turn to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, then add lean meat and wolfberry and continue cooking. Cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
