Braised pork ribs with rice
Overview
I want to eat braised rice today. I only have ribs and shredded potatoes at home, so I will make it. The color is not pretty, but it is delicious.

Wash the ribs and cut them into small pieces, crush the garlic into a paste, cut the ginger into thin strips, mix with appropriate amount of salt, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, and black bean into the ribs. Finally add corn starch and oil, mix well, and marinate for more than an hour.

Cut potatoes into shreds, soak in cold water and set aside.

Beat the eggs and fry them into pancakes

Cut into strips and set aside

Wash the rice and press the cooking button.

When the rice is cooked until it is five or six times cooked, open the lid

Add shredded potatoes

Add the marinated pork ribs and close the lid until the rice cooker displays cooked rice.

After the rice is cooked, add shredded eggs, cover and simmer for two to three minutes.
