Overview
When I was playing in my hometown, I met a friend's fish pond, which was about to be rebuilt after it was cleared. Fa Xiao and I spent a long time selecting from a pile of various fish fry and selected a small mackerel weighing just over a pound, which was a bargain for a foodie like me. This kind of small mackerel is not big in size and has very tender meat. It is recognized as a delicacy. My mother said that there used to be a lot of this kind of fish when she was a child, but now it is difficult to find one. I didn’t expect that we actually harvested so many today, so we happily cleaned up the fish with me and prepared them for my family to try at noon.
