Overview
Thanks to Gourmet World, I’m glad I got the Kewpie trial product to try. The one I tried was the black pepper flavor, which is slightly spicy and delicious. This bread tastes like pizza.

Put the main ingredients except butter into the bread bucket and knead the dough for 20 minutes

Add butter and knead the dough for another 20 minutes
-
Make the first fermentation in the bread barrel, the room temperature is about 24 degrees, and ferment directly at room temperature, about 55 minutes

Take out, divide the dough into 4 parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval

Roll up from top to bottom
-
After rolling the dough one by one, start from the first one and roll the dough into a long and thin shape with both hands,
-
Roll it into a vortex shape and place it in a burger mold for secondary fermentation
-
Dice the onion and ham, put a little oil in the pot, and stir-fry together with the corn, about 1 minute
-
Shred mozzarella cheese, here we use shredded cheese
-
Add the fried diced tripe to the black pepper flavored salad dressing and mix well
-
After cooling, put it on the second risen bread, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, upper and lower heat, 200 degrees, bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes
-
It's baked and ready to eat. It tastes really good.
