Tomatoes, peppers, perilla, lotus root, ginger, scallion leaves, onions

Cut the onions into shreds and soak them in cold water to remove the spiciness

Chop fenugreek into small slices

Dice hot pepper

Stir well

Slice tomatoes without the head or tail

Place minced onions on top of the tomatoes

Then add the chopped ingredients as shown in Figure 5,

Mix 30 ml of June fresh soy sauce, 30 ml of vinegar and 8 ml of sesame oil and pour it on each tomato slice with a small spoon.
