-
Prepare a small plate and add scallions, ginger slices and star anise as stew ingredients.
-
Heat the oil in the valley, add the stir-fry ingredients and sauté until fragrant.
-
Pour in the chicken pieces and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry evenly.
-
Add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
-
Pour in potato cubes and stir-fry.
-
Pour in the boiling hot water, stir well and taste the soup. Adjust it by adding soy sauce and sugar. Be careful not to make the soup too salty, otherwise the saltiness will become stronger the longer it stews. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Open the lid and reduce the soup over high heat. Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.

Serve and enjoy.
